After comparing a few luxury projects in Parel, Ruparel Ariana stood out because of its premium planning and location. The sample apartment had a very elegant feel, with plenty of natural light and good ventilation. The amenities also looked well-maintained and practical for everyday use. It is definitely one of the better luxury developments I have visited recently.

Spent a good amount of time at the site and the project feels well thought out. The layouts are practical and the space utilization is better than many projects nearby. Parel location adds a lot of convenience. Nice option for 2 bhk apartments in parel.

I visited just to explore my options, but Ruparel Ariana genuinely surprised me. The overall planning and premium feel were beyond what I expected

Visited Ruparel Ariana after considering a few projects in Parel. What stood out to us was the scale of the tower and the spacious residences. The views towards the city and surrounding areas are quite impressive. The team was informative and made the visit comfortable.
