Job Title : Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager – CRM

Experience: Min. 03 years into Real Estate CRM

Job Location: Head Office ( Matunga Road West )

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Managing the entire customer life cycle i.e. Issuing welcome letter, Demand Letters, Collections, Receipts, Agreement, Cancellations etc till the final handover of property.

2. Ensuring collections/receivable is as per company norms, tracking of customer dues, monitoring outstanding payments & collection targets.

3. Interacting with customers for timely payment on demand generated and follow up with them.

4. Make sure that given targets achieved on time.

5. Acknowledging customers queries promptly and treating them in a courteous manner.

6. Timely responding customers inquiries, concerns & complaints to keep customer satisfactions.

7. Maintaining & preparing MIS of all payments & customers.

8. Assisting team members internally for smooth functioning of work.


Salary Offering: Max 7.2LPA

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Billing:
  •  Contractor Bill Verification, Bill certification & Bill processing in ERP
  •  Timely entry of Bills in the ERP System (Far vision)
  •   Maintaining Bill tracking & Overdue statements
  •   Preparing of reconciliation statements
  •  Analysis of variation claims by contractors /vendors and closing of the same
  • Tracking of work orders with respect to issued approved order and timely escalation for variation if any to Project Managers
  • Tracking of cost with respect to approved budget from management & timely escalation for variation.

  • Tendering & Contracts:  
  • Preparation of Tender documents with close co-ordinations with Civil Department,   MEP Department and Architect departments
  • Preparation of Rate Analysis and Cost Analysis for various construction items (tendered & non-tendered items)
  • All tendering work ie. Floating the tender documents for subletting of work to   contractors of all disciplines for residential/ commercial project and inviting the quotations.
  • Preparation of own cost estimates; comparing the bids with our cost estimate.
  • Post award cost control of various packages released
  • Shall have sound understanding of Contracts, Contract Administration
  •  
  •  Quantity surveyor:
  • Quantification based on drawings for Civil & MEP
  • Preparation of Bill of Materials & Bill of Quantities
  • Preparation of Project cost estimation & item rate analysis

deserving CPs
• Be up to date with the micro-market news, aware of competition (new projects
launches, schemes, incentives, inventory, etc)
