Job Description:

“Manager – Environment” is expected to provide assistance to:-
 Environmental Division for areas like Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental
Due Diligence, Environment Management Plan (EMP), MoEF & SPCB compliances,
Environmental Audits, Environment Monitoring Techniques & Testing, etc.
 Coordination with Consultants for Moef, Civil Aviation and High Rise Building

Experience: Above 5yrs in the relevant field


 Form-1, 1A filling, Consent Management from MPCB, EIA, EMP report preparation and any
other corresponding letters pertaining to Moef/MPCB/HRC/Civil Aviation
 Understanding about functions of various govt. agencies, viz. MoEF Committees, MPCB,
CPCB, MCZMA & HRC committee
 Keeping the track of & updating about various rules, regulations published by MOEF,
SPCBs, NGT, CZMAs on time to time.
 Carrying out site visits, Preliminary understanding of Environmental Due diligence
 Assistance in on field activities, monitoring, data collection, site surveys
 Knowledge of various green building certifications & their assessment methods like
 In addition to this, the person will Coordinate for work in Civil Aviation NOC & HRC NOC
 Innovative, Competitive & Collaborative as a part of team
 Reporting to: HOD- Architect Department
 Strong experience in Environmental consultation and interaction with government officials
 Background of Real Estate industry will be an added advantage

Education Qualification:

 Bsc/Msc – Environmental Studies
 B.Tech/M.Tech - Environment

- Assisting Tax Audit of Companies, Individuals and partnership firms. 
- Preparation & filing of Income Tax Return of Companies, Individuals and partnership firms. 
- Preparation of submissions / replies to be filed before Income tax authorities during various proceedings including preparation of rectification applications to be filed during assessment and appellate proceedings. 
- Preparation of MIS Reports of Direct Tax Compliances for Review 
- TDS/TCS Payments & Returns 
- Form 15CA/CB preparation & filing Indirect Tax [Goods and Service tax] 
- Filing of all types of GST returns under like GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, GSTR-6 & Comp 08. 
- Filing of Annual Return i.e. GSTR-9. 
- Filing of reconciliation statement under GST i.e. GSTR-9C. 
- Application for Registration, Amendment of registration under GST. 
- Preparation of Reconciliation between GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B. 
- Preparation of Vendor Reconciliation as per GSTR 2A & GSTR 2B

- He/she must identify problems in design, planning, manage and delivering of multiple projects.
- Continually review the progress of the site works regarding MEP services and report to Architect Head.
- Co-ordinate with the ITS/Consultants and push them to make required changes in the design.
- Where required, prepare technical clarifications to the tendered design to suit specific on-site construction and coordinate issues.

4) Preparing and sending Welcome Letter, Stamp Duty & Registration Letter, Payment Receipt, Allotment Letter, Agreement for Sale, Demand Letter, Interest Letter, Final Reminder & Termination Letter to customers

5) Coordination with banker for APF & Disbursement Process i.e. NOC, ROC, Tripartite Agreement, Payment Schedule, EFT Letter, OCR Details and Demand Letter to banker for loan process.

6) Resolving customer queries via email & call. Guiding Customers with Separate GST and TDS payment Process

7) Preparing Possession Documents i.e. Key handover letter, Parking letter, Confirmation letter from client, Declaration cum indemnity letter & Possession letter

8) Preparation Weekly / Monthly reports of Sales, Collection, and reviewing with Director / Management against Projections
