Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

    • Oversee the daily administrative operations on-site, including document management, correspondence, and office coordination.

    • Maintain project files, ensuring they are updated and accessible for project managers and site supervisors.

    • Assist in the preparation of reports, budgets, and schedules related to the site’s activities.

  • Site Coordination:

  • Skills:

  •   Maintaining Bill tracking & Overdue statements
  •   Preparing of reconciliation statements
  •  Analysis of variation claims by contractors /vendors and closing of the same
  • Tracking of work orders with respect to issued approved order and timely escalation for variation if any to Project Managers
