Roles & responsibilities:

  1. Perform tenant screenings

2) Responsible for Compliance of MahaRERA such as updating Sales, Work Progress, Subsequent Approvals, Quality Assurance & CA certificate, etc

3) Customer Life Cycle Management - To handhold customer through post sales and single point of contact for all post-sales communication with customer process till possession.

4) Preparing and sending Welcome Letter, Stamp Duty & Registration Letter, Payment Receipt, Allotment Letter, Agreement for Sale, Demand Letter, Interest Letter, Final Reminder & Termination Letter to customers

5) Coordination with banker for APF & Disbursement Process i.e. NOC, ROC, Tripartite Agreement, Payment Schedule, EFT Letter, OCR Details and Demand Letter to banker for loan process.

6) Resolving customer queries via email & call. Guiding Customers with Separate GST and TDS payment Process

7) Preparing Possession Documents i.e. Key handover letter, Parking letter, Confirmation letter from client, Declaration cum indemnity letter & Possession letter

8) Preparation Weekly / Monthly reports of Sales, Collection, and reviewing with Director / Management against Projections
