- Billing:
- Contractor Bill Verification, Bill certification & Bill processing in ERP
- Timely entry of Bills in the ERP System (Far vision)
- Maintaining Bill tracking & Overdue statements
- Preparing of reconciliation statements
- Analysis of variation claims by contractors /vendors and closing of the same
- Tracking of work orders with respect to issued approved order and timely escalation for variation if any to Project Managers
- Tracking of cost with respect to approved budget from management & timely escalation for variation.
- Tendering & Contracts:
- Preparation of Tender documents with close co-ordinations with Civil Department, MEP Department and Architect departments
