Responsibilities:
 

  • Sourcing potential candidates through online portals, recruitment agencies, job boards / job postings, social platforms, professional networks, employee referrals when required.
  • Performing First round of Screening CV’s to make sure the candidate fits in the required Profile Criteria
  • Co–ordinating with the Respective Department HOD’s, in order to understand their Requirement for the right candidate.
  • Maintain organized databases with candidates data
  • Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates on interview via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments and then arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules.
  • Maintaining position wise MIS and reporting to the manager with updated status for all positions
  • Taking care of the Document verification and doing Salary Negotiation to make sure candidate fits in our Salary Bracket.
  • Following up & Maintaining relations with Candidate until On boarding of the candidate is done in the company.
  • Providing proper Induction about the work culture and Non – Disclosure Agreements to the New Employees.
  • Creating & Maintaining Monthly MIS Reports for Recruitments, Exit, FNF Reports.
  • Updating Organization Charts of all the Departments and keeping an updated Excel for the No. of Employees in each Department.

Industry Experience
• 1-3 years’ experience of working with a Real Estate central market

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work on growing a strong channel partner (CP) network for central zone and
driving sales through them
• Conducting regular CP meetings and periodically activating new CPs in the
allocated micro-market
• Ensure retention and engagement with existing CPs
• Understand CP potential and accordingly extend the required marketing support to
deserving CPs
• Be up to date with the micro-market news, aware of competition (new projects
launches, schemes, incentives, inventory, etc)
• Assist in organizing and managing channel partner workshops and events
organized by the management
• Support the site head in creating micro-market strategy
• Support the core CPs in creating a lead generation plan
• Manage any complaints from the respective activated CPs
